Warranty Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

QCY offers 30-day worry free warranty for every item we sold. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was shipped. Once the returned item arrives back our store for inspection, the refund process will begin. Please note that returned parcel must meet the following criterias

● Returns must include all accessories
● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, QCY refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself

* Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

For orders that exceed 30-day money back period, if it is a quality-related issue

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by QCY are covered by an 12-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase
● Lost or stolen products
● Items that have expired their warranty period
● Free products
● Repairs through 3rd parties
● Damage from outside sources
● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
